We would like to inform our patients that each patient can only be accepted for examination wearing a mask covering nose and mouth. Each patient is provided a hand disinfection before the examination. We also ask patients to keep their distance from other patients in the waiting room in accordance with government regulations.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept patients with symptoms of COVID-19 for examination, as we do not have sufficient protective equipment. Symptoms of COVID-19 include fever, dyspnoea, severe fatigue, dry irritant cough, muscle and joint pain. Patients may be asked to sign a statement prior to examination at our clinic stating that they are unaware of contacts with infected persons or symptoms of COVID-19 and that they comply with all government regulations regarding the COVID-19 pandemic. At the same time, the patients’ temperature can be measured with a non-contact thermometer before the doctor’s examination.
